Hi,
I purchased this laptop in 2019 and it came with Office 2016 package. I registered the license in my name (@gmail.com). From last two days, all the options in office applications are greyed out. I am unable to link the product with my MS user login. When I logged in my MS account, the purchase history is not appearing beyond 7 years and I am not able to download the exe for installation. Please help

Do you see your Office 2016 product at https://account.microsoft.com/services ?
The description of the category in your account may display Subscriptions . It does include perpetual licenses as well (a bit misleading).
