If you logged into that laptop with your Microsoft account, did you enable the Location Services setting and also the 'Find My Device' setting in the Settings App?

If you had those settings enabled, log into your Microsoft account in a web browser on this link:

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Select the stolen device and click 'Find My Device.

In there, you may be able to find the location of your Stolen Device.

If the location of your device is not shown, that will only update when the person who stole the device connects it to the Internet.

Also, click the option to lock your device, then when your device is connected to the Internet, it will be locked to protect your data.

You can also use the steps provided on this link to force a log out of all devices, including the stolen device, then change the password on your Microsoft account as an extra option to protect your data.

Take these steps immediately to protect data and account access on the stolen ASUS Zephyrus:

    1. Use Find my device (if it was enabled)
      1. On another device, go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with the same Microsoft account used on the stolen laptop.
      2. Select the stolen laptop under Devices.
      3. Open the Find My Device tab.
      4. Select Find to see the last known location on a map.
      5. If the device appears online, select Lock to remotely lock it.
    2. Lock the device remotely
      1. After the device is found on the map, select Lock > Next.
      2. This prevents others from signing in and accessing files. After locking, change the Microsoft account password to a strong new one and enable two-factor authentication.
    3. Report the theft
      1. File a police report with the university/local police and provide the device make, model, and serial number.
      2. Inform hostel/university authorities so they are aware of the incident.
    4. Protect accounts and data
      1. Change passwords for email, banking, social media, and any other accounts used on the laptop.
      2. Sign out of all sessions where possible (for example, from web versions of services).
    5. If Find my device was not turned on
      1. The device cannot be tracked via Microsoft’s service, but changing passwords and securing accounts still protects data.
