Audio constantly muted

My audio is constantly muted and won't be turned up. I've tried doing it with the buttons and manually through the settings, but it just won't work. Everything I've tried to do requires the volume to be turned up but that won't work because it won't let me.

    I reset my computer and it fixed the issue.
