Hi,

I know this is not part of your responsibility, But I'm currently facing a problem in buying a subscription plan for my company, I have tried many times, yet it still displays error.

Can you transfer me to the billing support, because when I tried following the admin link, it didn't work.

Thank you hope you can help.

    Dear @Abdullah Alkathirey,

I understand how frustrating it is when you are trying to purchase a subscription for your company and the system keeps throwing an error, especially when your admin links aren't working.

To help me troubleshoot the technical root cause while you reach out to billing, could you please clarify which situation you are experiencing?

    • Scenario A: You cannot log into the Admin Center at all, or an error code appears the moment you try to sign in. (If so, please share the exact error code or a screenshot).
    • Scenario B: You successfully created the new subscription, but you are stuck and cannot find the correct link or portal to sign in and manage it.

Meanwhile, please note that you should log in with administrator roles. If you do not have the necessary privileges, contact your company's IT admin. If your usual admin link is experiencing issues and you wish to contact the billing department, please refer to the suggestions below.

Although, as a moderator, I'm not directly responding to customer calls with problems, I can offer you strategic guidance on how to contact a real person in Microsoft Support.

You might need to contact us via phone service number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. The agent will be able to create a ticket for you under the affected tenant and then transfer this ticket to Billing team who could help you to regain access.

To help you navigate the automated phone system (IVR), here’s an example of how the conversation might go:

    • IVR: What kind of problem are you concerned about?  You: Billing
    • IVR: What kind of product do you use?  You: Office 365 for business
    • IVR: Education or business account?  You: For business
    • IVR: Are you an administrator?  You: Yes
    • IVR: Do you have another administrator in your organization?  You: No
    • IVR: Do you need a service request?  You: Yes

This should help you get connected to a live support agent who can assist you directly.

If you encounter any issues during implementation, feel free to reply for further assistance.

Billing and subscription issues for Microsoft 365 for business cannot be resolved in this forum because they require access to secure account and payment tools.

To reach the correct billing support channel for a Microsoft 365 business subscription:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal at https://portal.office.com/ and sign in with an account that has a tenant admin role.
    2. Open the Admin app.
    3. In the left navigation, select Support – New support request.
    4. In the Need Help? pane, describe the subscription purchase problem.
    5. If the suggested articles do not help, select Contact Support at the bottom of the pane.
    6. Provide the requested details and submit the request so the billing team can investigate the purchase errors and assist with completing the subscription.

If sign-in to the admin portal is not possible or the support pane cannot be accessed, use the regional Global Customer Service Centers phone list referenced in the documentation to contact Microsoft support by phone.
