I paid to renew my subscription 2 days ago. I have not had any feedback or a product key and I still cannot access excel etc.

My recent usage was supplied on the back of a business account but I have previously had access to office (home) through [Removed PII]@btinternet.com and [Removed PII]@btinternet.com

Please help as I am not sure what I'm doing

    Hi,

There are two subscriptions that Microsoft sells:

    1. 365 Business.
    2. 365 Personal.

You mean you had an existing Microsoft Business subscription that you recently changed to Personal one?

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services page.

Take a screenshot and post in the next reply.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

If you purchased directly from Microsoft, your new individual (home use) subscription uses the personal e-mail you were signed in with at the time of purchase, and you should see it in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services .

P.S. Remember that organization (business) and personal/individual subscriptions are separate. They use different types of accounts (e-mail addresses with different types of domains).
