In general, Visa cards are supported for Microsoft subscriptions. However, even for a free trial, Microsoft still performs a payment validation step, so the card must meet certain conditions (for example: correct billing information, valid card status, and successful verification with the bank).
If some information is incomplete or does not match (for example, billing address or card details), or if the card has restrictions, I recommend contacting your bank to confirm that:
- The card supports online international transactions
- The billing details match exactly what you are entering
- There are no restrictions or declined verification attempts
If you are confident that all the information entered is correct, then this would fall under billing and account verification, which needs to be handled by Microsoft’s billing support team, as they have the ability to check backend validation.

Please try to locate the number for your region and contact the frontline support team. They can raise a support ticket for you and investigate the payment validation issue in more detail.
(Depending on your country or region, when you call the support number, you may hear an introduction of about 30 seconds such as "you can visit the link...". You can ignore this introduction and wait until you are presented with the options. Then press "1" as a business email user, and again "1" for technical help)
Additionally, for the purpose of activating the trial, you may consider using another valid card temporarily to complete the sign-up. After the subscription is active, you can update your payment method in the Admin Center if needed and also cancel the trial before the billing date if you decide not to continue, to avoid any charges.
