I have been trying for months to get support in editing members of my account, because I am still paying for an employee to have 365 when she no longer works for me. I CANNOT access online support because I have to login, and my authenticator app doesn't show the code for me to login on the support website given. I CANNOT find anywhere on my account setting where to edit members of my account because microsoft interface doesn't make any sense. I've tried getting someone on the phone for hours over the past months and all I get is a bot telling me to go to the website, which I can't login to, and then says "thanks for calling microsoft, goodbye". I've called many different support numbers. I have been overpaying for over 6 MONTHS. I need a refund, and I will be switching platforms for email and cloud space because the lack of availability of a human being is absolutely ridiculous.
