For issues with missing or not received activation or confirmation emails, the documented path is to contact the appropriate Microsoft support channel so the registration and email delivery can be checked and the message resent if needed.
For event- and training-related registrations (including virtual events and hackathons), the guidance is to open a support request with the Credentials/Events support team so they can verify the registration status and resend confirmation or activation details.
Use the guidance from the Microsoft Q&A thread on missing Azure Virtual Training Day confirmation:
- Go to the Credentials Support help page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
- From there, submit a support request ("Credentials Support") including:
- Event name (Agents League Hackathon)
- Registered email address (the Gmail address used)
- Date/time of registration
- Description that the Innovation Studio profile activation email from InnoStudio-noreply@microsoft.com was not received.
Support can then verify the registration and trigger a resend of the activation link or provide an alternative way to complete the profile setup.
In the meantime, continue to monitor Spam/Junk folders and ensure that the domain microsoft.com is allowed/whitelisted in the email provider, as recommended for other Microsoft verification and activation emails.
