Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am requesting urgent assistance regarding a blocked email account that is critical to our business operations.

I submitted the official account recovery form on May 30, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM Beirut time (UTC+3) and provided all requested information with accurate and exact answers. As of today, I have not received any response, update, or request for additional information.

The email account belongs to a client and is essential for ongoing business communications. The prolonged loss of access is causing significant disruption and requires immediate attention.

I respectfully request that this case be escalated to the appropriate Account Recovery team for review. If there are any issues with the submitted recovery request or if additional verification is required, please let me know so that I can provide the necessary information immediately.

I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of this recovery request and guidance on how to proceed.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.

Kind regards,
Roy Gemayel

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Just to confirm, does it have an active two-factor authentication (2FA)?

If yes, is the client able to access the second factor of authentication?

Important: If it has an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

Also, could you please confirm when the client last successfully logged into the account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
