Minecraft Cape Error

Hello, I claimed the builder cape over 1 week ago but It doesn't appear on my account (neither Java or Bedrock) I tried with tiktok and twitch code but it said I've already claimed the cape.

It looks like the redemption itself went through. The cape just isn't surfacing in-game.

The cape will land in Bedrock's Dressing Room first, and on Java you have to manually select it in the skin editor for it to appear. So worth checking these in order:

• Bedrock: Open the Dressing Room > Edit Character > Capes section, look for it there and equip it manually
• Java: Open Minecraft Launcher > Java Edition > Skins > Edit > "Select Cape" — equip it from there
• minecraft.net: Sign in at minecraft.net/profile and check if the cape is listed under your profile

Sometimes a full sign-out/sign-in in the launcher helps trigger the entitlement sync too.

If it's still missing after that, cape/skin sync issues are handled by Mojang's team, so Minecraft Support would be the right next stop.
