Refund Microsoft Subscription

I want to refund from prev days, I'm sorry i a bit clueless. What should i do bcs google play reject my refund. I want to see if we can make this out. pls.....

    Hello

    Was the subscription purchased via Google Play? If so, all billing matters are managed by Google and subjected to their policy. Microsoft doesn't have a say for billing issues.
