- Are you using a work/school account or a personal Microsoft account?
- You mentioned “we are completely locked out” does this issue affect all users in your organization, or just specific users?
- If you are using work/school account, so are you currently an administrator of the tenant, or an end user?
- If you are an admin, are there any other global administrators in the tenant who still have access?
