Unfortunately, phone support for consumer (home use) products is very limited these days. Phone support may be possible at a later stage, but you always have to start with the chat at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus .

Also/alternatively, you could explain which issues you have encountered. Maybe one of your fellow users here in Q&A will be able to point you in the right direction.

To speak with a Microsoft billing representative for a home Microsoft 365/Office subscription, use one of these supported contact paths:

    1. Use the Microsoft customer service “Get Help” experience for home users:
      • Go to the customer service page and select Get Help.
      • Describe the billing problem (for example, “Microsoft 365 billing issue”).
      • The system will offer self-help options and then allow choosing Contact Support.
      • Select a contact option such as chat or request a call so a support agent can speak directly about the billing issue.
    2. Use the general Microsoft support entry point:
      • Go to Microsoft support and choose Contact a Microsoft support agent.
      • Indicate that the issue is related to Microsoft Store & billing or Account & Billing.
      • Follow the prompts until a Contact Support, Chat with a support agent, or Call me back option appears, then select it to speak with a billing representative.

If accessibility assistance is needed, contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk, which can provide technical support and help navigate account and billing options.
