Can someone help? -- My mother cannot access subscription

This is regarding a subscription to 365 my mother purchased on Saturday. She had evidence of purchase from bank account. Possibly wrong email was given. She cannot log in and needs reimbursement or help to get in. Need to chat to someone online or phone call

    Make sure that you have:

    • Bank statement or payment confirmation showing the Microsoft 365 charge
    • Date of purchase
    • name and email address that may have been used
    • Any receipt number or confirmation email

    Where was Microsoft 365 purchased?
    What email does the bank statement or receipt show?
