    Hi!

    Does this problem only happen on your cell phone?

    Can you access your email from a computer?

    On your cell phone, instead of using the app, open a browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari), access Outlook Web (link below), log in with the same account and see if the problem persists.

    Are you using mobile data or Wi-Fi? If you are using Wi-Fi, temporarily disable it and use mobile data.
