I have purchased the yearly subscription for my new computer but cannot find the monthly subscription information for my old computer which is no longer in use. I am being charged $16 per month and would like to cancel this.

    Hi,

Please note that we are fellow users here in the Microsoft Q&A forum and do not have access to Microsoft accounts.

I recommend signing in to all of your Microsoft accounts and checking whether the subscription or charges appear under any of them:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

You can also use this guide to investigate that charge: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you find the subscription, select it, click Manage, then choose Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
