    Hello,

If you cannot access the Microsoft account to cancel the Power BI subscription, and you are unable to reach Microsoft Support, there is another important step you can take.

If the subscription does not appear under any of your Microsoft accounts, and you cannot identify where the charge is coming from, please contact your credit card or bank directly. Explain that you are being billed for a Microsoft subscription you cannot access or cancel.

    They can stop future withdrawals.

If you’re being charged for a Power BI subscription that you can’t access or cancel, first check the Microsoft account(s) you may have used to purchase it. Then go to the Microsoft Services & Subscriptions page and look for the active subscription. If you still can’t access it, contact Microsoft Billing Support and provide the invoice number, billing email address, and any payment details so they can locate the subscription and stop future charges. Keep copies of all invoices and support requests for reference.
