    Hi,
if you are looking to download logs relating to activity on your Microsoft account

Log in to https://account.microsoft.com using the account you want to check

select privacy from the left pane
under "Empower your productivity, select a section that has activities
    User's image

at the bottom of the "Recent Activities" section is an option to Download your data"

For a personal Microsoft account, access logs that can be downloaded are available in Microsoft Entra ID activity logs (sign-ins, audit, and provisioning) when using the Microsoft Entra admin center.

    To manually download these logs:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center with the personal Microsoft account that has at least the Reports Reader role.
    2. Go to Entra ID > Monitoring & health.
    3. Choose the log type to download:
      • Audit logs
      • Sign-in logs
      • Provisioning logs
    4. Set filters first to narrow the dataset (recommended to avoid timeouts and large files).
    5. Select Download.
    6. Choose the format (CSV or JSON), optionally provide a file name, then select Download again.
    7. The file is saved to the browser’s default download location.

    Key considerations:

    • Supported formats: CSV and JSON.
    • Timestamps are in UTC.
    • Per-file limits:
      • Up to 100,000 records for sign-in or provisioning logs.
      • Up to 250,000 records for audit logs.
    • For very large datasets that time out in the browser, use the reporting API or send logs to an endpoint via diagnostic settings instead of manual download.

If long-term storage or frequent querying is needed:

    • Use Archive to a storage account from Entra ID > Monitoring & health > Diagnostic settings to store logs in Azure Storage.
    • Or integrate with Azure Monitor logs for richer querying and analysis.
    • Manual download is recommended mainly when budget is constrained and occasional export is sufficient.
