Mouse click does not work while using phone link and Android phone.

    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Can you tell me when was the last time that you used the phone link app and the mouse is working? Can you disconnect and reconnect again and see if there will be any changes.

    Also, verify this settings on your PC.

    Open Phone Link

    Go to Settings → Features

    Ensure “Cross-device control” / “App streaming” is enabled

    Hello PR Sween,

    This is a common issue with Microsoft Phone Link (Link to Windows).

    "Click the window border, then retry inside screen Or switch out and back into Phone Link"

    Possible Fixes:

    1. On your Android: Settings --> Accessibility --> Link to Windows / Phone Link
      Display over other apps: Allowed
      Notifications access: Allowed
      Battery optimization: Disabled for Link to Windows
    2. Restart both apps
      Close Phone Link (PC) & Link to Windows (Android) --> Restart Both Devices --> Re-Open
    3. Re-establish the connection
      On PC: Open Phone Link --> Settings --> Devices --> Remove the phone
      On Android: Open Link to Windows --> Unlink the PC
      Then pair again fresh
    4. Ensure you are actively using the mirrored screen mode
      Open Phone Link --> to Apps or Phone Screen
      --> Click inside the phone screen window first
    5. Update:
      Phone Link (Microsoft Store)
      Link to Windows (Google Play Store)
    6. Try changing mouse/USB input behavior or Disable gaming mouse software.
    7. From your Android: Set Link to Windows --> Unrestricted battery usage
      "Disable Power saving mode"
    8. lick the window border, then retry inside screen Or switch out and back into Phone Link
