PRINTER IS ALWAYS SAYING ITS OFFLINE, IF I RUN THE TROUBLESHOOTER, IT USUALLY FIXES IT THEN PRINTS, BUT THIS TIME IT DIDN'T WORK. THIS JUST STARTED DON'T KNOW WHY. NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT ADDED A SECOND PRINTER

HOW CAN I FIX IT SO IT PRINTS WHEN I NEED IT TO?

Hi! Please remove and reinstall only the affected printer from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Remove, then add it again using Add device.

Since this started after adding a second printer, first make sure Windows is not sending the job to the wrong printer.

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Select the printer you want to use and click Set as default. If you do not see that option, turn off Let Windows manage my default printer first.
