Unsolicited emails

Lately I have been receiving over 100 emails from online gaming sites. I have never subscribed to those sites and there is no facility within the email to Unsubscribe or to email the sender and ask them to remove me from mailing lists. I have forwarded these emails to ******@phishing.gov.uk; to the Information Commissioners Office and to MSN but no action appears to have been taken by anyone. As there is no facility to unsubscribe, blocking the sender does not work. I am at my wits end with this. Can anyone help

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Microsoft has implemented several AI filters. however, still some emails slip through the cracks.

Please note that attackers can spoof (fake) any address in the “From” field, and sometimes the email address may no longer be visible.

In these situations, you typically cannot report the sender directly or add them to the blocked senders list, because the address is forged and they may change it frequently. Instead, you can create an email rule using the message subject and other recurring keywords. This rule will automatically move similar messages to the Deleted Items folder which will be deleted automatically after 10 days.

To create a rule, sign in with your Microsoft account here https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/rules and click Add a new rule.

Alternatively, we recommend that you review your recent account activity for any unusual signs of access. If you notice anything suspicious, please secure your account by setting a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication for added protection.

Also note that emails identified as junk by Microsoft are delivered to your Junk Email folder, which is normal and expected behavior, because the system is automatically filtering suspected spam and unwanted messages to keep your inbox cleaner.

I really do not want these emails coming into my junk email box. Is there any other way to stop this nonsense.
