Yes. Classic Outlook for Windows has a built-in Notes feature that works like electronic sticky notes.

To create and use notes in classic Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365 / Outlook 2024 / Outlook 2021):

1. From any Outlook folder, press Ctrl+Shift+N to create a new note.
2. Type the text for the note (e.g., reminders about an email, phone numbers, to-dos).
3. Leave the note open and drag it anywhere on the screen while working.
4. To close it, click the note icon in the upper-left corner of the note window and choose Save & Close.

To view or edit existing notes:

• Microsoft 365: Select More Apps on the Navigation Bar, then Notes. Double-click a note to open and edit it.
• Office 2021: Press Ctrl+5, or click Notes in the Navigation bar, then double-click the note.

These notes are stored in the Notes folder in Outlook and can be used alongside email as sticky-style reminders.
