Error Code: 0xC004F213 - Windows 11 update on Mac

I purchased a Windows license in 2020 and installed it 8/16/2020 on my Mac in Parallels. I purchased a new Mac and migrated my Parallels. When I opened it I was required to update to Windows 11 Pro, so I did. Now I am asked to activate Windows. I have gone to System/Activation state/Troubleshoot - and clicked on "I changed my hardware on this device recently." It asked me to log into my Microsoft account. When I attempt to do that it does not recognize my password. As far as I know this is the same account as the original one when I purchased my digital Windows license. Any suggestions?

Since I purchased from a third party and could not find my product key, I had to purchase a new Windows license. Thanks for your help, nonetheless.

I already tried that. I went back to my old Mac and reset the password. I attempted to sign into the new computer using my Microsoft Account but when it asks me for. my current Windows password one last time it says my password is incorrect
