For the CDCP certification delivered by EPI Academy/EXIN, the retake and voucher process is managed by the external provider, not by the Microsoft Certification program.
To proceed:
- Follow the guidance from EPI Academy/EXIN
- Use the contact or support channel provided by EPI Academy or EXIN (for example, from the email already received) to request:
- A retake of the CDCP exam, and
- Clarification on whether a new voucher is required and how to obtain it.
- Because this is an external certification, only EPI/EXIN can confirm eligibility, costs, and scheduling rules for retakes.
- Use the contact or support channel provided by EPI Academy or EXIN (for example, from the email already received) to request:
- Use Microsoft Learn only if it is hosting the training
- Microsoft Learn may host the learning content or lab environment, but the exam policies, scoring, and retakes for CDCP (EXIN) are outside the Microsoft Certification exam system described in the Microsoft exam policies.
- If there is any issue with a Microsoft Certification exam (not EXIN)
- For Microsoft-owned certifications and exams, retakes follow the Microsoft Exam Retake Policy: after a failed attempt, a 24-hour wait is required before the first retake, and a 14-day wait between subsequent attempts, with a maximum of five attempts in 12 months. Details are under the Exam retake policy and Exam scoring and score reports pages.
Since CDCP via EXIN is an external credential, the correct and only authoritative path is to work directly with EPI Academy/EXIN for retake and voucher handling.
