Language issue with PC and cloud.

Hello,

I've met with the help desk regarding MS Office. My cloud website is in french despite my languages being set to english. I have a similar issue with my PC. It was initially loaded in french and I had to convert it to english and the correct region. Since the change it still reverts back to french when the pc blue screens or throws an error. This has transitioned to MS office cloud website, it is set to English but word homepage shows up in french. I was told to post here by the helpdesk. Any help would be greatly apreciated! ( I think there's something in the kernal that is causing this to happen because I flat out removed the french package from settings).

    Is the display language in Windows set to English?

    In your web browser, also make sure that you remove any additional proofing and display languages that you do not need. Chromium based browsers such as Chrome or Edge usually let you create a language list with priority. Delete anything that you don't need there.
