Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my email account. For an extended period of time, I have been unable to receive emails. The issue occurs both in the web app and in the Outlook application.

Today, I was expecting to receive some very important emails, and I am concerned that I may have missed critical information because of this problem.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?
