computer slow

Question

my lab top is so slow. i believe im in window 11, but computer runs too slow. I have been paying yearly subscription, just you know. i need someone get in my computer to clean up by deleting some apps or data so my computer can run faster. (im just not sure which app to delete) also need secure network or online website so no one can get in and use my important personal information. i prefer to speak to a live technical support please. it's really inconvenient that we cannot speak to live person as before and very frustrating. If Microsoft cannot give better support services, I can always switch to different provider that will works for me better.

Sense from Settings and see what it finds.
