Many people are reporting this same problem with Clipchamp, it is most likely a server-side issue, however, on the Microsoft status page (link below), there is no official report of this problem from Microsoft yet, this forum is just a user to user forum, so no-one here can say when the problem will be resolved on their servers, the best option is to keep a watch on this link for any news from Microsoft on the problem.

The message “Landing.NoIntent” is not a normal waiting/queue message and there is no documented fixed number of hours after which Clipchamp will start working. It indicates a problem loading the signup page, not a time delay.

Use these steps to get Clipchamp working:

    1. Make sure Clipchamp is opened in a supported way
      • On Windows 11/10, open the Clipchamp desktop app from the Start menu. If it is missing, install it from the Microsoft Store, then launch it and sign in.
      • Or open Edge or Chrome and go to the Clipchamp login page at https://app.clipchamp.com/login and sign in there.
    2. Check browser privacy, tracking, and extensions
      • In Edge or Chrome, disable ad‑blockers or privacy extensions temporarily, or whitelist Clipchamp:
        • For personal accounts, whitelist https://app.clipchamp.com/ in any privacy/ad‑block extensions.
      • In Microsoft Edge, if Added security / tracking prevention is enabled for Clipchamp, turn off tracking prevention for this site via the lock/“Added security” icon, then reload the page.
    3. Clear cache and cookies and restart the browser
      • Clear browser cache (and, if needed, cookies) for all time, then close and reopen the browser and try again.
    4. Check internet connection
      • Ensure the connection is stable, then reload the Clipchamp page or restart the Clipchamp app.

If the issue continues specifically with the signup/login flow for a personal account, sign in and then use the in‑product help/chat widget at https://app.clipchamp.com (bottom right) to contact Clipchamp support.
