Hi,
Do you mean you cannot uninstall/reinstall the program? There is a bit of ambiguty in the post which I want to clarify,
I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When I go to Control Panel programs and Features it doesn't give an option to execute the program that I want to execute. I think I knew how to do that in Windows 10, but perhaps my feeble brain has simply discarded that detail.
Please help me out. The program in question is Macrium Reflect.
Thanks for your help.

I accept the answer that Sumit D gave.
In retrospect I can see that my statement
*When I go to Control Panel programs and Features it doesn't give an option to execute the program
*could have been much better stated, and that you were justified in informing me "Programs and Features in Control Panel is only for managing installed programs.
My statement could be improved by stating
"I know that the Control Panel isn't designed to give an option to execute the program, so how should I know what name to execute?" In other words, the program name might be "Macrium", or "Reflect" or "Macrium Reflect".
I concede that I didn't realize that File Explorer is designed to search for the program name.
Thanks for your help,

Programs and Features in Control Panel is only for managing installed programs (repair, change, uninstall). It does not provide an option to execute or “run” an app in Windows 10 or Windows 11.
To run an installed desktop program like Macrium Reflect in Windows 11, use one of these methods instead:
Macrium Reflect.C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86))..exe file to run it.Programs and Features remains useful if needing to repair, modify, or uninstall an app, but not to execute it.
