This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news,, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable,try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

If you complete that process, if your account is unrecoverable and it is found to have been hacked, you should receive a notification that the account will be locked, which would block the hacker accessing the account.

Are you talking about this process, this does not work, because the hacker made my email different, and changed the phone number. What do i do :(. I just want my information gone please.

Yes, that is correct, that process and the account recovery form process are the only options they provide, fill in the recovery form a couple more times, you should then be notified the account will be closed.
