    Hi @Marie-Ève Bourret,

Based on your sharing, the error message "site is not accessible or the address has been changed" usually points to one of these situations:

    • The SharePoint site URL was renamed,
    • The SharePoint site was deleted/archived/locked,
    • Or your permissions have been changed so you no longer have access

For the best possible assistance, may I confirm whether you are an administrator or an end-user? Also, can you please share the full wording or screenshot of the error message so I can clearly understand the situation and provide the most appropriate guidance for your concern.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward to your response.
