Based on your sharing, the error message "site is not accessible or the address has been changed" usually points to one of these situations:

The SharePoint site URL was renamed,
The SharePoint site was deleted/archived/locked,
Or your permissions have been changed so you no longer have access

I saw in my administration page that one of our product has been "deleted" but when I try to reactivate it I can't. I'm the general administrator of the account and I can't click on "reactivate"...

If the product shows as "Deleted", that's an expected behavior that the "Reactivate" button is greyed out or not clickable. Reactivation is normally available when a subscription is expired or canceled within the cancellation policy windows. If a subscription is truly deleted, it may no longer be directly reactivated from the Microsoft 365 Admin center.

In your situation, you need to contact Microsoft Billing support to help you check on the backend and restore/reissue the product if available:

If your Microsoft 365 subscription was provided through a reseller or Microsoft partner, you need to contact that seller/partner and ask for help. They can also assist with opening a support request and liaising with Microsoft on your behalf

On the other hand, you will need to create a support ticket to Microsoft Billing support by:

Sign into the Microsoft 365 admin center > Help & support

Turn off Support Assistant

After entering your issue (e.g. "Billing"), select the blue arrow and scroll down to access the Contact Support option.

For the billing-related request, it's much more helpful to clearly reference your intent so the case can be routed efficiently. For example, you could use a ticket title such as: “Billing Support Request: Restore/Reissue deleted product for non-profit Microsoft 365 Subscription” and explain your situation in detail.
