my family member is receiving time limit and i don't know how to remove this, his laptop does not appear on our shared family group

    Just to confirm, is your family member currently listed in your Microsoft Family group?

    Also, has your family member checked that they are signed in to the laptop with the same Microsoft account that is part of the family group?

    Can you also verify the date of birth on that Microsoft account? Age restrictions and time limits can sometimes be affected by the account's birth date.

    When the time limit message appears, what exactly does it say?

    Please provide a screenshot if possible.
