Hi @Raja Selvam,
For your request, you can download the official SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) through the link in this article: Step 1 - Install the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) - Migrate to Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn
SPMT is mainly used for migrating from file shares or SharePoint Server/on premises into SharePoint Online, OneDrive or Teams in Microsoft 365. Therefore, if your goal is to "paste URL to download the files from SharePoint to local PC", SPMT may not the suggested option.
To download SharePoint Online files to local PC, you can:
- Download through browser: open the SharePoint document library URL > select file(s) > Download. If you download multiple files/folders, SharePoint downloads them as a .zip file and you need to extract it later.
- Sync to File Explorer using OneDrive: open the SharePoint document library > select the file > Add shortcut to OneDrive. If you want to have a full local copy, right click and choose "Always keep on this device"
I hope my sharing would be helpful for your concern. If you have any questions or need any further clarification, please leave a comment here and I will be happy to continue to help you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward to your reply.
