Hello, recently I've been having login problems with OneDrive, showing "The service is currently experiencing a large number of requests, please wait a few minutes and try again, error code: 0x8004e4d5", and I can't login to the web version of OneDrive, this problem has been going on for a week. Unfortunately, I can't contact my administrator anymore, and since there are a lot of important files on my network drive, I need to download them, what should I do with my problem in this case. Thanks!

    Hi @Clark ,
    Welcome to Q&A forum!

According to your desription, I want confirm the following inforamtion with you.

    • Are you using the Onedrive for Business? How and where did you get the OneDrive account?
    • Are there any error messages when trying to log in to OneDrive online?

If you cannot log in to OneDrive online, it is not ruled out that it is caused by your account.

    1. Please make sure you are trying log in the correnct account.
    2. I also suggest that you try to connect other networks to check this issue. If condition permits, you could also try to log in OneDrive on the another PC to check again.

Besides, please check if Rena Yu's suggestions in this thread is helpful to you.

Any updates, please let me know.
