Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Are you able to see your Microsoft 365 subscription under the Services & subscriptions page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Please make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account. If you can see the subscription there and it shows as active, please follow the steps below.

If your OneDrive storage quota hasn't updated, it can take up to 24 hours for the new quota to show after buying Microsoft 365 subscription.

If the update is still pending after 24 hours, you can try unlinking and relinking your OneDrive account, or resetting it. "Unlink and re-link OneDrive" https://support.microsoft.com/office/unlink-and-re-link-onedrive-3c4680bf-cc36-4204-9ca5-e7b24cdd23ea

Let me know what you find and we can continue from there.

Microsoft 365 Basic includes 100 GB of cloud storage that can be used across Outlook and OneDrive. If additional storage that was purchased is still not visible after a month, the account likely has not updated the storage quota correctly or the subscription in use may not be the one that includes the expected storage.

    To verify and troubleshoot:

    1. Check the storage quota and usage
      • Sign in to the account dashboard and open the Microsoft storage section to see the current quota and usage for Outlook.com and OneDrive.
      • For Microsoft 365 Basic, the storage quota should show 100 GB of cloud storage.
    2. Confirm the active subscription
      • In the services/subscriptions area of the Microsoft account, confirm that the active plan is Microsoft 365 Basic (or another plan that includes the additional storage) and that it is not expired.
    3. Allow for quota propagation and refresh
      • After storage changes (buying more storage or changing subscription), it can take up to 24–48 hours for all services (Outlook.com and OneDrive) to fully update.
      • If the quota still appears unchanged, unlink and re-link OneDrive on the device so it refreshes the account information. Instructions are in Unlink and re-link OneDrive.
    4. If storage still has not updated
      • If the Microsoft storage page still does not show the expected quota after these steps, contact Microsoft support using the support options included with Microsoft 365 Basic, as that subscription includes access to support experts for help with Microsoft 365.
