My Name is PATRICK AMONI with Microsoft Certification ID : 7893045.I own Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator . I have lost my email account AMONIPATRICK@Microsoft Corporation .COM which I used to register my Microsoft Certification ID : 7893045. I like to access my account to enable to take more certification . How do I access my account .
