    Hi,

It all comes down to whether the Printer supports wireless connection or network printing, which most do.

On the PC: Settings → Devices → Printers & scanners → Add a printer or scanner. The connected printers automatically will be shown.

There is another thing called Manufacturer cloud printing: for HP printers, the HP Smart app supports HP+ connected printers, letting you print to a printer anywhere as long as both the printer and the app are linked to the same HP account and the printer has internet access.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

    Hi @Nirmal Gill

    Thanks to reaching out here.

first check the printer supported WIFI and blue tooth printing. if supported then install the driver in your system, please make sure your system should have WIFI and blue tooth device. but the WIFI and blue tooth printers should accept and print with in range only. blue tooth and WIFI accepting range has been different.

another way, printer supported the network printing and IP configured in your network range. just install driver and configure IP in printer application. from their you can print.

    Thanks.

To print wirelessly to a remote printer in Windows 10, first ensure the printer is on, connected to the same network as the PC, and already connected to the network per the printer manufacturer’s instructions.

Then on the Windows 10 PC:

    1. Open printer settings
      • Select Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    2. Check if the printer is already installed
      • In Printers & scanners, look for the wireless/network printer in the list.
    3. Add the network/wireless printer
      • If it is not listed, under Add printers & scanners, select Add a printer or scanner.
      • Wait while Windows searches for nearby printers.
      • Select the desired printer from the list and choose Add device.
    4. If the printer is not found automatically
      • Select The printer that I want isn’t listed and follow the on-screen instructions to add it manually.
    5. Test printing
      • After installation, open any document and choose Print, then select the newly added network/wireless printer and print a test page.

If the printer does not appear or printing fails, follow these basic checks:

    1. Power cycle the printer
      • Turn the printer off, unplug it for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on again.
    2. Verify network connection
      • For wireless printers, ensure the printer’s wireless feature is turned on and connected to the same Wi‑Fi network as the PC.
      • Run the printer’s wireless connectivity test from its menu if available.

If problems persist, use the troubleshooting steps in the printer connection article referenced below.
