Hi, I’ve been quite frustrated with this lately so I have this laptop that I got around 2022 and it’s been a couple of years since I’ve used it but I’m trying to get back into it and I completely forgot the password to this laptop. I’ve tried everything imaginable and possible, but every time I keep getting locked out or my pin disabled for a long amount of time it’s very frustrating and I’m trying my best to get into this laptop. It has all my personal information on it and it has an account well parental account linked it and I am no longer in contact with said parental figure and I do not wish to speak to him, but I can’t get into my laptop without the pin and if I try to click, I forgot my password it immediately sent him a code of some sort and I don’t want to have any contact with him. I’m really trying to get into this laptop because it has a bunch of my old personal information on it that I wish to retrieve and get off the Laptop. Any help is very very appreciated.

I tried this method and it’s say “The system cannot find the file specified”
I don't know where you are located, but have you tried a computer repair shop. If the information on it is that important, how did you go two years without using it? No one should help or try to help you get into a computer unless they know for sure you own it.
I am located in Stockton. I haven’t tried a repair shop yet. I wanna see if I can try get into the laptop by myself without having to spend a bunch of money and you asked how I went two years without using it mainly because the person a.k.a. the parental account which is linked to it he kicked me out and he took my phone and my laptop, so I didn’t have access to it until last week on Friday when my little sister found it and brought it to me the login screen it has my first name and last name on it
