Multiple errors trying to delete failed certificate profiles

When selecting Delete on failed certificate profiles, I get an error. Please help

To understand the issue better, could you confirm a few details:
- What type of certificate profile are you trying to delete (PKCS / SCEP / Trusted / PFX)?
- Where was the profile created (Intune configuration profiles, Cloud PKI, or Artifact Signing)?
- Are these profiles still assigned to any users/devices, or already unassigned?
- Do all the affected profiles show Failed status only?
- Is this happening for multiple profiles or just one?
This will help determine if the issue is related to profile dependencies or a backend cleanup scenario.

- Profile type: Public Trust certificate profile
- Where created: Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing), in an Artifact Signing account called MarEmiSigning
- Assignment: Not assigned to any users or devices, these are standalone cert profiles in the signing account
- Status: Yes, all affected profiles show Failed status only. They failed at creation with a generic "Some error occurred" message, each with its own Correlation ID
- Scope: Multiple profiles, both the create and the delete fail the same way
Additional context: my Identity Validation completed successfully (Individual, Public, US). I have the Artifact Signing Identity Verifier and Artifact Signing Certificate Profile Signer roles assigned, and I'm Owner on the subscription. My account is a Member (external identity, #EXT#) in the Default Directory. Both creating a new certificate profile and deleting a failed one return the generic error with a Correlation ID.
Happy to share the Correlation IDs and Session IDs if that helps the vetting/backend team trace it.
