refresh entitlement for copilot

Question

I have a paid subscription to Microsoft 365 family. I am trying to use copilot to help rewrite and refine some things in word or other apps and it is telling me that i am out of AI tokens for the month. I am not using a free version so I should not run out ..it is very annoying and I worked a couple hours trying to get it fixed on my own but I need tech support or a chat to help me refresh entitlement for copilot. It is also wanting me to finish installing Mircosoft 365 but i already have ... help

There are multiple things in your question. I would like to let you know that Microsoft provides monthly AI credits with the 365 subscription.

Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family and Microsoft 365 Premium plans include the latest AI features to power your productivity and creativity. Some of these features have limits to the number of times they can be used within a specific time period while others require the use of AI credits. Limit and AI credit allotments depend on your Microsoft 365 plan. If you already have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family plan, you can switch to Microsoft 365 Premium to access the most extensive limits available.

You may be able to use some features more frequently in the Microsoft Copilot app, such as Voice. These limits may vary based on the feature, entry point, and system conditions. Limits may also change over time as new AI models become available.
