I have tried to pay my Microsoft account but your accounts does not allow me to pay my subscription it will not allow my new debit card details [ my bank has changed my bank debit card details so that it changes the 3 digit number every day to protect my account because of an attempted scam ; also your information is out of date being for 2025 not today and your change 'details' will not allow me to change to the latest details ]

I feel that I have now messed up my ' sign in ' through trying different sign in details and changing to new ones that I am now totally lost .

Please help me as I am now afraid that I will lose my 365 account

    Hello Arthur Martin

I can see that you are having issue with your subscription payment

The safest next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly so they can review the account and billing status securely. Here is how to contact them:

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Manage my Subscription" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

Also, because your debit card uses a changing security code, please check with your bank whether that card supports recurring online subscription payments. Some banks may require additional verification or may block certain recurring transactions as part of fraud protection.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
