I paid for Microsoft 365 and it was charged to my credit card, but I did not receive any link or email or information on how to download it. It is saying that I need to buy the program

Did you purchase directly from Microsoft? In that case, your subscription product is probably already associated with the Microsoft account you were signed in to at the time of purchase. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with your credentials.
It says that I don't have a subscription. I never received an email from them saying that I had a subscription, but they charged it on my credit card
Thanks for the follow-up. Is there a chance you could have used a different account than you usually would use? Any personal Microsoft e-mail (such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com) can be a Microsoft account. Even a third-party e-mails such as @gmail.com can be associated with a Microsoft subscription. You can test your various e-mail addresses at https://account.microsoft.com/services and, with a bit of luck, you will find the correct one.
