Just to clarify, are these automated emails from a specific service or website, or are all auto-generated emails affected?
Since regular emails are arriving, it may be related to how those messages are being filtered or classified.
Please check the Junk Email folder and the Deleted Items folder first. If you're using Outlook for iOS, also check whether Focused Inbox is enabled and look in the Other tab. And check via Outlook web https://outlook.live.com/mail
Are the senders receiving any bounce-back or delivery failure messages? If so, what is the exact error?
