    Hello Akshay,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your question here.

I understand that you are asking whether Microsoft Learn certificates are free or paid, and why it is asking for your address.

Microsoft Learn training, such as modules, learning paths, and completion achievements, is completely free. You do not need to pay anything to complete the learning modules or earn the completion trophies.

Microsoft Certifications, such as AZ-900, AI-900, AZ-204, and other role-based exams, usually require an exam fee. However, if you have a free exam voucher from a Microsoft event, Cloud Skills Challenge, or student offer, then you may be able to take the exam without paying.

It may ask for your address when you register for a certification exam or set up your certification profile. This is usually required for identity verification, issuing your official certificate or badge, and billing if it is a paid exam.

You can also refer to the official Microsoft Credentials page here for more details: https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions or need more clarification.

Please don’t forget to close the thread by upvoting and accepting it as an answer if it is helpful.
