    Hi,

Many users have recently reported the same issue with shared Outlook calendars disappearing. Since multiple users are experiencing the issue at the same time, it is possible that this is related to a broader issue on Microsoft's end rather than something specific to your account or device.

At this time, Microsoft has not published an official announcement regarding the issue.

For now, the best course of action is to wait and check again later, as Microsoft may be working on a fix in the background.

Here are reports from other users experiencing the same problem: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5922100/shared-outlook-calendar-has-disappeared

For a long‑used shared calendar (agenda) that has disappeared from Outlook, the supported options in the provided information are:

    1. If the shared calendar is from Outlook.com and is not editable or syncing anymore, reconnect the Outlook.com account in the desktop Outlook client so calendars resync correctly. The documented fix is to remove and reconnect the Outlook.com account in Outlook for Windows so the shared calendar data is refreshed.
    2. If the issue is with shared calendars generally (for example, reminders not dismissing, can’t edit, permissions dialog failing), ensure that “Shared Calendar Improvements” is turned on in Outlook for Windows after the service version fix is available. This can restore normal shared calendar behavior.
    3. If the shared calendar behaves strangely (duplicates, not closing, not saving state), install the latest Outlook updates where these shared calendar issues are marked as fixed.

If the shared agenda is still missing after these steps, use the Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 help channels to contact support so tenant‑ or account‑specific calendar data can be checked and restored if possible.
