I have shared my calendar but its still working. I have followed all the instructions to the letter.

Since this was working before and your wife's access suddenly disappeared, can you confirm whether the shared calendar has completely disappeared from her Outlook, or is it still listed but no events are showing?

Also, is your wife using a Microsoft personal account (Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com)?

As a first step, try removing your wife's sharing permission from the calendar, save the change, then share the calendar with her again and have her accept the new invitation.

Please let me know what happens after re-sharing and whether any error messages appear.

It is showing I am sharing with her. Yes, she is using her personal Outlook account. Removing and sending a shared request did not work.

Since the sharing permissions show correctly and re-sharing did not resolve it, can your wife access the calendar through Outlook on the web at https://outlook.live.com/mail instead of the Outlook app?

Also, when she opens Calendar, does your shared calendar appear under "People's calendars" or "Shared calendars," or is it missing completely?

If it is missing completely, try having your wife remove the calendar from her account first, sign out of Outlook, sign back in, and then accept a new sharing invitation.

Please let me know whether the issue occurs in Outlook on the web, the Outlook app, or both.

My wife now sees my calendar on her Outlook. I still cannot view hers in my Outlook account, though it shows under the permissions.

That helps narrow it down. Since your wife can now see your calendar, the issue appears to be with access to her shared calendar on your side.

Can you confirm whether your wife's calendar appears under "People's calendars" or "Shared calendars" in Outlook, or is it completely missing?

If it is listed, what happens when you click on it? Do you see an error message, a blank calendar, or nothing at all?

As a test, ask your wife to remove your permission completely, save the change, then share her calendar with you again and grant the appropriate permission level before you accept the new invitation.

After re-sharing, have both of you sign out of Outlook, restart the PC, then sign back in and check the calendar again.

Please let me know what happens when you open her calendar after re-sharing.

Her calendar does not show up on mine at all. After she tried sharing again it still does not show up on my calendar to share. Now hers shows two calendars for me. One under her email and one under mine. It does not merge like it should, but instead shows two windows.

The Error Message states we cant add either of our calendars "right now"

Thanks for the detailed information.

The duplicate calendar entries and the "we can't add the calendar right now" message suggest there may be a synchronization issue with Outlook calendar sharing.

Since both accounts show the correct permissions, it may be worth waiting 24 hours to see if the sharing relationship resynchronizes on its own.

In the meantime, sign out of Outlook on both accounts, restart both PCs, sign back in, and check whether the calendars appear correctly.

If the issue persists after 24 hours, please let me know whether the same problem occurs in Outlook on the web (Outlook.live.com) or only in the Outlook app. That will help determine whether the issue is with the Outlook application or the calendar sharing service.

Yes, I am trying to share my calendar with my wife. It was working but suddenly her calendar dropped off. I have a personal account.

Are you trying to share your Outlook calendar with someone, but they cannot see it? Or are changes not syncing after sharing?

Also, is this an Outlook.com personal account, a Microsoft 365 work/school account, or an Exchange account?
