I raised a voucher for the AZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security Technologies exam on 25th Nov 2025, and the exam was scheduled for 25th Dec 2025. However, due to application issues on the scheduled date, I was unable to take the exam. I also could not reschedule or postpone it.

As the exam is still not completed, the voucher remains active, and I am unable to proceed with requesting another exam voucher. I have also reached out to [******@accenture.com] but have not received a response.

This is your employer's policy - they will only provide a new voucher once you have used your previous voucher and provided the exam result.

There is nothing that this forum can address.

The voucher status and ability to receive a new voucher cannot be changed directly. The only supported options in the provided information are:

    1. If the exam appointment was cancelled by Pearson VUE (for example, due to test center or system issues), the voucher should be automatically reinstated and become usable again. If that did not happen, contact Pearson VUE support so they can review the appointment and voucher status and, if applicable, reinstate the voucher.
    2. If the voucher has not been reinstated and is blocking a new voucher request, support must review the account and voucher details. Use Microsoft Credentials support for voucher and exam issues.

    Actionable steps:

    1. Check whether Pearson VUE cancelled the 25 Dec 2025 appointment (for example, due to application or testing issues). If so, the voucher should have been reinstated automatically. If it is not usable, contact Pearson VUE:
      • Use the Pearson VUE contact options listed under Microsoft on their site (linked from Microsoft Learn) and provide:
        • Microsoft certification ID
        • Exam ID (AZ-500)
        • Original exam date (25 Dec 2025)
        • That the exam could not be taken due to application issues and the voucher appears locked/active.
    2. If Pearson VUE confirms the voucher is not usable or cannot be reinstated, or if the problem is that the Microsoft profile still shows an active discount preventing a new voucher:
      • Open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials support and describe:
        • That the AZ-500 exam on 25 Dec 2025 could not be taken due to application issues.
        • That the voucher still appears active and is blocking a new voucher request.
      • Use the support channel indicated in the voucher terms pages (Microsoft Credentials support). The support team typically responds within three business days.
    3. If the voucher came from a specific promotion (event/webinar), also review that promotion’s terms (for example, one voucher per person per fiscal year and no expiration extensions). If the voucher is considered used or expired under those terms, a replacement or new voucher may not be possible, and only the event organizer or program owner can confirm eligibility.

Because the issue involves voucher state and account data, only Pearson VUE and Microsoft Credentials support can resolve it; there is no self-service way to clear or override an “active” voucher flag.
