I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal and its showing 5GB storage instead of the 1TB.

What can I do to resolve this issue - I've tried unlinking the profile to my laptop and re-signing in - this didn't work.

Many thanks.

When you subscribe to Microsoft 365 Personal, one terabyte of storage space is added to the OneDrive that belongs to the Microsoft account from which you subscribed to Microsoft 365. It will not be added or shared with any other OneDrive.

When did you upgrade your storage?

After payment, there may be a delay of up to 48 hours for the new storage space to be updated.

If this time has passed, you can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this issue.

On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Type "Purchase" as a keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

Select "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription".

Then, fill in a few more details and you will be transferred to speak with an agent.
