I see you mixing another language in the post, if you want to use that instead, let me know.

    Hi sosa sosa,

I'm sorry you're running into this. If Windows Setup reports an incompatible Voicemeeter driver, but you can't find the application anywhere, it's possible that it's already been uninstalled but some fragments were left behind. Let's try to remove it with Command Prompt (Admin)

    • Press Win + S > type cmd > choose Run as Administrator
    • Enter pnputil /enum-drivers | findstr /i voicemeeter
    • If Voicemeeter appears, note the Published Name (e.g. XXX).
    • Next, run pnputil /delete-driver XXX /uninstall /force
    • Replace XXX with the actual word reported on your PC.
    • Restart the computer and try the Windows 11 upgrade again.

If the command returns no Voicemeeter entries, the upgrade blocker may be related to another component (such as VB-CABLE, Virtual Audio Cable, or another Voicemeeter driver package). Just wondering, have you ever installed those mentioned above on this PC?

To remove an incompatible Voicemeeter driver on Windows 11, use these supported driver-management options.

    1. Try updating the driver first
      • Open SettingsWindows UpdateCheck for updates and install any available updates. This can install a newer, compatible audio/virtual audio driver.
      • If Voicemeeter provides an updated driver, download and install it from the manufacturer.
    2. Uninstall Voicemeeter from Apps (if listed)
      • In the Windows search box, type Add or remove programs and open it.
      • Look for Voicemeeter or any related audio/virtual audio software.
      • Select it and choose Uninstall.
      • Restart the PC and try the Windows 11 upgrade again.
    3. Uninstall the Voicemeeter device and driver via Device Manager
Use this if the driver or device does not appear in Apps.
      1. In the Windows search box, type Device Manager and open it.
      2. In Device Manager, select ViewShow hidden devices.
      3. Expand categories such as Sound, video and game controllers or any virtual audio/Voicemeeter-related category.
      4. Right-click the Voicemeeter-related device and select Uninstall device.
      5. In the Confirm Device Removal dialog, if available, select Delete the driver software for this device.
      6. Select OK and restart the computer.
Note: Sign in with an account that has administrative privileges; otherwise, the option to delete the driver software might not appear.
    4. Check for other incompatible drivers blocking the upgrade
If the Windows 11 upgrade still reports a driver issue (for example, 0xC1900101 errors), follow these general steps:
      • Make sure there is enough free disk space.
      • Run Windows Update several times to install all driver and firmware updates.
      • Disconnect all non-essential peripherals (USB audio devices, external sound cards, Bluetooth dongles, etc.).
      • Open Device Manager and look for devices with a yellow exclamation mark; right-click and choose Update driver or Uninstall as appropriate.

After removing the Voicemeeter driver and any other incompatible drivers, retry the Windows 11 upgrade.
