Hardware Program enrollment - Backend provisioning incomplete

Current Status:

  • Account: ******@infovine.co.kr (Global Admin)
  • Tenant: infovine.co.kr
  • Legal info verification: Authorized
  • SignableFile.bin successfully uploaded and signed with EV cert

Problem (Inconsistent state across pages):

  1. Account Settings -> Programs:
    • "Registered programs" tab: ONLY shows Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program
    • "Other programs" tab: Hardware appears here with "Get Started" button
    (Hardware is NOT in Registered programs)
  2. Program selector page (account/exp/enrollment/programselector/Hardware):
    • "Active In" section shows BOTH Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program AND Hardware
  3. Account Settings -> Legal info -> "Program info" section:
    • ONLY shows "Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program: Active"
    • Hardware is MISSING
  4. Navigation issues:
    • partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/hardware/* URLs all redirect to /dashboard/home
    • User management page does not show "Roles applicable to developer programs" section
    • Hardware Workspace UI is completely inaccessible

These inconsistencies indicate that the Hardware Program enrollment was

initiated (showing in Active In) but not fully registered in the backend

(missing from Registered programs and Legal info). The EV certificate

validation and SignableFile upload succeeded, but backend provisioning

appears incomplete.

Request:

Please escalate to the Partner Center / Hardware Dev Center backend team

to complete the Hardware Program backend provisioning. This is blocking

our WHCP driver submission required for Windows 11 25H2 distribution.
